Support for investments in the development of non-agricultural activities contributes to the enhancement of economic activity in rural areas, the maintenance and creation of new jobs, and the increase in income for economic entities. The goal is to encourage the diversification of economic activities that will attract people to live and work in rural areas.

From 10,000 EUR to 200,000 EUR.
The support intensity is 50% of the value of total eligible costs and can be increased:
a) up to 80% for investments made by young farmers
b) up to 85% for investments made by small agricultural farms/companies.

Eligible beneficiaries include individuals and legal entities, with an economic size of agricultural enterprises of at least 6,000 EUR standard output, registered in the Register of Farmers/Family Farm Register for at least one year at the time of applying for support, and already engaged in registered non-agricultural activities. Eligible beneficiaries must fall within the category of micro, small, and medium-sized economic entities.
Tangible and intangible assets related to the development of non-agricultural activities within one of the sectors:
a) Processing and/or marketing and/or direct sale of products in accordance with regulations governing this area. The outgoing product must not be covered by Annex I of the EU Treaty, and marketing must relate to the processed product.
b) Services in rural areas, in accordance with regulations governing each individual area, which may include:
c) Traditional and artistic crafts, in accordance with regulations governing this area.
d) Rural tourism, in accordance with regulations governing this area.
Projects must be carried out in settlements with a population of no more than 5,000 in the local government unit where the beneficiary is headquartered or in a neighboring local government unit with which it shares a land border in a settlement of up to 5,000 inhabitants, provided that the beneficiary has registered resources necessary for the development of non-agricultural activities in that local government unit.
Investments in accommodation facilities in the rural tourism sector are not eligible in settlements with sea access, except for those on islands.
The beneficiary must preserve existing/create new jobs and generate income and/or sales quantities from the activity supported.
Support for investment in providing services in agriculture will be granted for the provision of services to third parties.
The project implementation period is a maximum of 36 months from the signing of the financing agreement.
Intangible costs: Purchase or development of computer programs, purchase of patent and license rights, copyrights, trademarks, and other intangible investments related to tangible investments.
