The application of provisions from the Delegated Regulation will be gradually introduced:

• from January 1, 2025 for large companies (with more than 500 employees) that are not currently subject to the Directive on non-financial reporting;
• from January 1, 2026 for small and medium-sized trading companies that are listed on the EU stock markets, small and simple credit institutions and private insurance companies (excluding mirko entrepreneurs).
